Hi Axel, Thanks for introducing me to the Sailor’s hitch. I’d never come across it before. I tested it on the skipping rope. It didn’t come undone. But remained very easy to untie. For that latter point, I think it is the pick of the knots tried thus far. It would be the easiest knot for a child to untie. Keeping the knot, in line with Skipping, as child’s play.
