knotted animals

Hi everybody,

I want to make some knotted animals for a friend’s birthday. I have the little book by Stuart Granger (with the horse and the tortoise), but maybe there are somewhere in the internet instructions for more knotted animals?

And a second question: Once I made a horse and a rider, but I can’t remember from where I got the instructions, I think it was from a KM (which one?).

Try sending a PM to forum member “bowline” - knotted animals are a specialty of his.

I don’t think his instructions are available on the internet but he has prepared a couple of books with dozens of animal patterns.

If you are an IGKT member, you may view the list of members. Frank Brown, a member in Tasmania, has an encyclopedic mind about the tying of animals & people. I don’t think Frank visits this forum, so get his e-mail address from the IGKT members list and send him a note.

Frank is forum member “bowline”. Doesn’t spend a lot of time online but is readily email-able.
