Who needs tie wraps (zip-ties, cable ties… what ever you call them in your part of the world) when you have the buntline hitch?
This photo demonstrates how a straight buntline hitch without a locking half hitch holds, even with a very strong pull. I think you can see my fingers turning white from the strain.
Even so, a locking hitch is always a good idea for insurance.
