福 Chinese decoration, what era approx?

my friend bought this at an op shop for about $5 usd,
any idea about vintage, or any other info?

to me, it could pass for 90s, but kind of good condition i thought.

not really my thing, but she likes it so much, i have vicarious joy

Because of the cavandoli 福 (luck) character, I’d guess late 90’s early 00’s for when that was more popular. The extra yellow parts to the top knot would probably be more 00’s than 90’s? To be fair though, that could equally well have been made yesterday because these things never go out of style. The tassels all look like they could use some TLC.
