This Sea Scout video shows a four loop version of the Spanish Bowline. I’d like to tie one, but I can’t find instructions. I’m guessing it’s known by a different name as a Google search came up with nothing.
He ties it at 1:54. Instructions at 5:52.

Is this known by a different name? Instructions on tying one?
Thanks,

That’s a new knot, to my awareness; and I like that
it comes with a rationale, use (eyes for arms & legs).
Instructions on tying one?
Instructions at 5:52
You’ve answered then asked the question;
presumably you’d like more slow-motion,
printed instructions. Still, I think that if one
reviews --w/stop-video moments-- the on-line
instructions you cite, you should get there soon
enough.
Note the subtle overlap of “loop” ends
made on the first --two larger loops-- formation,
immediately prior to bringing these loops up to
the knot body, and then making the 2nd set of
(small) loops.
