Exciting ways to tie (boring) knots

Greetings fellow Tyers of Twine,

I’m wondering who has explored interesting/exciting/daring ways to tie certain knots?

Here’s one of my experiments with the bowline.

I call this version the “blinded wingchun bowline”.

I’ve also added a version that allows for a quick release draw loop.

look up “knot throwing”. here’s a few:

There’s an IGKTer whose name I should remember, especially as he’s local to me but I’m blanking on at the moment who is a knot throwing wizard. I’ll edit this if the brain fog ever clears.

Less exciting but still interesting would be handfasting knots. Here’s a few of my contributions:
