Extended diamond knot.

In the book knotcraft and ropework Des Pawson mentioned the four strand extended diamond knot, but to me it is not clear hoe to tie it. Does somebody know a tutorial for this knot?

Thank you for the link but the difficulty for me is how to tye it with four strands.
