Well I weigh about 300Lbs so I would have to walk on all fours spread eagle!!! :-[ :-[
This photo was taken before the meal, so after a good portion of Pie and Chips we can assume the floor loading was exceeded!
Seeing as chairs and tables spread the load on narrow legs, the floor would have been overloaded from the start.
It must have been a regular overloading, as the floor was tilting before these three came in, after they left it might have been tilting a bit more though
