the hammock is parachute (?)nylon and the cord is 6mm marine something,
i joined the cords to the hammock ends with (?)ABOK#1412 overhand knots,
with the rope end tucked under again. easy!
previously found out by gravity that sheet bend didn’t suit; maybe, too, because i had used 20mm webbing?
anyway i now report success
i bunched up the fabric ends along an arc line;
i think i read this somewhere.
