The Monkey’s Fist is a classic knot used to add weight and
grip to the end of a tossed line. Still, the knot is also elegant
on its own.

Having become a favorite piece of paracord tyers, I decided
to show how to create a two color paracord version of the
knot. Traditionally a stone or ball is used to provide shape to
the “fist”.

However, I’m of the school that a knot should be a knot
(through and through). So I did away with the extra bits
and pieces, and added a simple overhand knot for the core.
