Japanese Fishing Floats

I have just posted Ron Edwards instruction on covering Japanese fishing floats in the Files section.
I used black 4mm poly rope from Bunnings to do the last ones. Not the best for holding knots but looks reasonably authentic

I willm try again to post the pdf. File too large apparently.
How do I get it out there?
