Maybe my search-fu isn’t that great, but I have an odd question for decorative knotters; A knot board is a board used to display knots. What do you call a pole or a rod used to display half hitched, coxcombing, TH, and other tied-around-a-pole fancywork?
I do not think there is a formal word for it yet, so we might as well use yours.
