I’m just curious if it is possible to get past issues of Knotting Matters in print? I never received the December issue from 2024(more than likely the fault of USPS). Just figured I would ask if anyone had any insight so I could complete my small library.

Have you asked any of the officials listed in KM?
I think that there might be some retention of the
more recent issues in anticipation of needs such
as yours.

(ps : Re USPS, I had a letter sent from inner D.C. area
to a town maybe 30 miles away that took 23 days or so
–yes, there’s the comical Tracking record : it got to some
USPS station 3 to 5 (!) times! Ultimately , it got
delivered.)

Yes, your Guild Membership Secretary, Caroline Sandrey, keeps some printed copies of past issues in case there are problems with a delivery. Just drop her an email (membership@igkt.net)and inquire about an extra copy of a particular KM by its issue number. The last issue was KM171 if that is what you are missing. FYI, the main expense of publishing Knotting Matters is international postage from the UK, not the printing cost, so please keep that in mind when asking for another copy.

Thank you both for the information and pointing me in the correct direction. I would never cause any undue burden. It is great to know that the ability(if a copy still exists) to purchase and acquire a replacement copy exists. Unfortunately, I have waited a long time to address this and it is issue KM165 from December 2024. Rather foolish on my part lol.

If nothing else, numbers of Knotting Matters are often sold on Ebay.
