Sailor hitch - tib method

Hi.

The sailor hitch have proven very useful in many practical tasks for me. However, even if this hitch is TIB I never encountered a description on how to actual tie it without acess to the rope end.

I figured it out, it wasn’t hard - but as a bonus it turned out that the tib method of tying this hitch (for me anyway) is usually much faster than doing it the regular way.

I’m sorry light condition isn’t good enough and I should have a larger rope, but wasn’t up to the task walking all the way out in my garage just to drag the rescue rope into the living room, so this little thread was what I get in hand to make a short video with.

Thanks for this TIB method demonstration.

In my view, it is clearly an EEL hitch (either end loadable) and both loading approaches have been recorded before.

I, for example, am familiar and would go for the tail loading version of this particular hitch, which i think it was firstly presented by SquarebanksAlaskan.
