lash each end to a nearby bight, and/ or melt
starts at front teeth,
to top of head ,
then double back down to front teeth,
then tie the jaw
there’s a couple of variations on the jaw but this one is effective and easy to tie.

tech tip: the eye sockets and nose should be roughly the same size.
i would pre shrink the cord,
otherwise, make the eyes and nose (spaces) a lot larger as they’ll close up if you shrink it afterwards
