The sharable deck sounds like a wonderful idea!
Based on experience I would say that either some active group does is, or that someone created it themselves. But an IGKT branded one would be a nice thing.
Things to think of (top of my mind over morning tea):
- make two decks, one basic and one more advanced
- Think about consistent tagging
- clear easy to use images: many are going to use it to learn new knots, and "reminder for those of you forgetting the details" will not be helpful to them
- Alla images have to be free, no photos of books
