JD’s Book “Decorative Fusion Knots” is available to pre-order from Amazon.co.uk for delivery in the first week in February 2011 (paperback - ?11.87 with free delivery) slightly later than Amazon.com in the USA but worth the wait. It is likely that other European Amazon sites are also listing the book to pre-order.
