The other grandad of my Grandchildren found these in his family treasures. Believed to be tied about 1900 at a navy institute in Sydney Australia.
They think its a whip im saying a bellrope as its 450mm long. Cant name the bend. Can anybody identify it?

I?m of the opinion that you have a bellrope.
And the ?bend? is a jugsling knot tied with two strands.
